We require the following information in order to deal with your treatment inquiry:

• Up-to-date and informative medical documents in English or German. If they are not available, please provide us with as much detailed information about the disease as possible.
• Last name, first name, gender and date of birth of the patient.
• Country of origin of the patient.

Please note that we normally require about four working days to provide treatment recommendations and the cost estimate.

Appointment

We will do our best to arrange an appointment on a date that is convenient for you. Please indicate desired dates. We do not have lengthy waiting times as a rule. Please note that we are unable to confirm an appointment until the amount stated on the cost estimate has been paid.
